I realized early on that traditional retirement plans were not going to cut it. Having your own business was the key to financial success.

I always give an incentive to subscribe to my email list such as discounts, info about the benefits in the services I offer, etc. That way I can have an ever growing email list for marketing when business slows down.

I just ask them if they would like to see any future offers from me including discounts. If they say yes, I just ask them to subscribe to my "special offers" email list so they can be the first to see them.
