Proves that we stand behind the equipment, installation and value their commitment in selecting our company as their security provider. Twenty-Five years in business and have given maintenance agreements at no charge. Includes parts, labor and trip charge for repairs. We’ve had companies tell us that their service department makes them several thousands of dolllars a year and we’re leaving that on the table. I ask what’s your attrition rate? Answers are typically over 15%. We have over 5,000 accounts and our attrition is 2%. I’ll take that over the several thousands of dollars in service any day.
