When it comes to my clients I don’t force the issue. Some are more cordial than others. The one thing I always do is ask before I proceed to make decisions concerning how I am going to do something. In construction there are always options on how the final product will look , so I let the customer make all of those decisions. That way, if they are dissatisfied, it is because they made a poor choice. That being said,   I always suggest what will look best before I let them have the final say.

I like this approach as well. I always tell them, "If you see something I'm posting that's incorrect or that you don't like, delete it! It's YOUR page!" So far, no one has. I think they assume a SMM will create/generate content as well, even though it's clearly outlined in my onboarding process and contract. So, do I just fire them? Or go ahead doing what I do since they are happy with the mix I'm providing?
