As your question is posted in English, I suggest you market 'in English'....LOL  By that I mean, who are you trying to reach and do they even understand what 'tax resolution' means?  What are the benefits and value you provide for clients?  How will working with your firm be better than using someone else?  If you or someone at your firm does public speaking, prepare a seminar or webinar to deliver your message to small business groups, at conferences and expositions.    Would your message work well through a social media group setting?  If so, set up a group and invite small business owners to join.  They may not join, but can put you in touch with their finance people.  You can join other small business groups (FB or LI) and get to know other small business owners that participate.  Post a few questions there to see what kind of response you get there.  And, of course, using the LI Search is another way to find your target audience.  Don't just 'promote' on social media, 'participate'.  Get to know other participants and build relationships.
