KACE Environmental, Inc. is a local, veteran, family-owned Contract Operations Company which currently operates water and wastewater systems in Western North Carolina ranging from the smallest and up to 2mgd. We are also a NC Certified Laboratory providing compliance sampling for regulated community water and wastewater systems, private well water sampling for real estate transactions when required for mortgages and water quality testing and analysis for whole house filtration.
Through the years KACE Environmental developed business partnerships with a number of professionals in the industry which allowed us to offer services covering the many concerns of water and wastewater systems in both the regulated and private sectors of the industry. These services include but are not limited to engineering, laboratory, construction, and repairs. These relationships benefit our customer by eliminating the communication and accountability problems of managing multiple vendors and sources, we are able to manage the supply chain for optimum value and support from manufactures and suppliers. We pride ourselves in a complete commitment to quality.
KACE was founded by Ken and Connie Deaver in April 2003. At that time, combined, the Deavers had over 55 years’ experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry. Their goal was to provide our customers with professional, dependable, courteous service.
The Deavers, with the prayers and support of friends and family built a thriving, successful company with a solid foundation and reputation in the industry. As KACE began to grow, the opportunity arose for their daughter, Rachael Kramer to join the team in August of 2010. Her husband, Robert (Bobby) Kramer, came on board full time in May 2014 upon his retirement from the United States Marine Corps. After years of hard work and determination, Ken and Connie were able to retire in January 2021. While they remain an integral part of KACE as knowledgeable consultants, Bobby and Rachael, with the goal of following in the footsteps of Ken and Connie, took over day to day operations upon the Deaver's retirement.
