Have a strong on boarding process for new hires. Have established expectations of W2 or contractors. Learn how to credential or hire someone that can do it for you (or else you won’t get paid if you take insurance). Take insurance - you will reach a larger population. Have a strong manifesto for how you want your group to run and stick to it without sacrificing integrity. Learn to cope ahead that clinicians will leave no matter what you offer them.
