The world of communication has always fascinated me and has been a key part of my journey. From making amateur videos as a kid, writing a book in college and spending 14 years in a television newsroom - storytelling and connecting has been at my core.

I transitioned from my career in television to a role in marketing & communications and eventually copywriting. These experiences with words, graphics and video allow me to help my clients in all aspects of storytelling and messaging.

I’m also a wife and mum which requires effective communication skills! Expressing yourself clearly, setting expectations, effectively listening and conflict resolution are required to keep the engine of our family running smoothly.
In my downtime, I love listening to podcasts while creating in my kitchen and working on photobooks. As a family, we love bike rides, camping trips and playing board games (Scrabble is my personal favourite).
