To train and educate pharmacy technicians to pass the PTCB and/or the ExCPT from the National Healthcare Association (NHA). Assist individuals in job readiness with an emphasis in pharmacy and healthcare. Coach clients and conduct various workshops training in the pharmacy and healthcare field. Help clients develop their job search skills, including formulating resumes, researching job openings, applying for positions and preparing for interviews. Present curriculum and deliver job readiness training in classroom settings and at employer sites. Serve as contact with hiring employers.

And keep detailed notes so when you meet with that customer you can look over your notes you will make them feel comfortable and they will keep coming back.
I would recommend a headhunter because they will do all the work like phone screenings and looking over resume and will give the company the individuals that might be the right fit.
