Started as a project manager for a GC who also had his Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing licenses back in 2014, needless to say, I started spending a lot of time the codes office. Eventually, people I'd run into people who started asking for help as they would see me down there almost every day. Having almost 20 years of experience in customer service/sales, it's my natural response to want to help people resolve their issues and get what they want. That was when someone told me what permit expediting was, and the rest is history.
