Thank you for taking the time to visit Dreams To Reality!
We are Personal Jewelers that do everything a traditional jewelry store can do, plus more, except for less.
What we mean by this is we also offer a great variety of Rings, Pendants, Earrings, Diamonds, Gemstones, and other categories of jewelry you would find in a traditional jewelry store. The “plus more” refers to having the ability to create custom designed jewelry with CAD (Computer Aided Design) whereas most stores outsource this increasing your price. Lastly, we do this all for less than the traditional jewelry store by having lower operating expenses. Therefore saving you money and giving you the peace of mind you got the perfect piece of jewelry at the perfect price.

All pictures are important. If for nothing else but the memories and the philosophy of "better to have and not need; than need it and not have it". They are also very helpful in marketing. Now what type of picture depends on which audience you are trying to reach. For pieces that are "fun",...

All pictures are important. If for nothing else but the memories and the philosophy of "better to have and not need; than need it and not have it". They are also very helpful in marketing. Now what type of picture depends on which audience you are trying to reach. For pieces that are "fun", having a nature scene or something that inspires that feeling is great. If you are going for elegance; you probably should have a nice clean background. I'm not sure what type of assurance you are aiming for. If it is so your clients feel assured they know what they are buying; have multiple pictures from all angles so there are no surprises later. If it is so they can be assured of the durability; put items that convey feelings of durability in the picture. etc.... Also, save your pictures as PNG files. They are better then JPG.

I do not use it but think it is a great tool. If I had a social media manager Twitter is one of the platforms I would use. Since that isn't the case Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn are good for now.

Change the way you think about them. They aren't valuable clients if they make you chase what you are owed. That factor alone makes them worse than an "average" customer. Although we want to be flexible and convenient to our clients don't let that kindness close down your business. Instead of...

Although we want to be flexible and convenient to our clients don't let that kindness close down your business. Instead of using your valuable time chasing payments work on getting better clients.
If this is a big enough problem; change your business policies (and set the future culture for your business). If you create a culture of the clients just paying you when they feel like you are going to attract more of those customers who want to do this with you.
if you really want to chase them and they aren't paying; get a service like LegalShield so the lawyers will send those clients letters. Its a cheap monthly service that has more benefits than just that. I think it's $35 per month. If that sounds interesting; please let me know and I'll put you in contact with my representative to tell you more.
I hope I'm not coming off as being mean. It's one of those "it's not personal, it's just business" things.

The extreme capitalism part I can do without but it's still part of the story. Then to become a symbol or meaning of something cherished for oneself or between people. If the stone is lucky the story will continue on for generations.
