This exact scenario also applies to BB&T. My branch manager is in the dark and surely is embarrassed by his lack of ability to answer basic PPP related questions. My application is being held hostage and therefore preventing a community bank from processing my loan within 2-4 days. BB&T has held onto my loan which has been “processing” for a month now. Lender liability, anyone??
