About Us
Lutheran Hospice is the ONLY Faith Based, Non-Profit Hospice provider in the Tri-County area. HealthLink Magazine readers recently selected Lutheran as the "Best Hospice" in this area for 2023, 2024, and 2025. Our director has been in her position going on 13 years, and collectively our staff has over 300 years of hospice experience.. Medicare Patient Outcome scores are some of the best, if not THE best, in Charleston metro. Medicare.Gov to research hospice performance ratings. Lutheran has been providing hospice services in the Tri-County area for 26 years.

Somerby recently has completed several nice remodels, and upgrades to their buildings. Somerby is a well established ALF/IND/Memory Care facility in Mt Pleasant.
