Nowadays we generally depend on catering like we do mostly of our business with Ubereats Postmate Grubhub these are the the 3 companies that create 75% the other 25% is on the restaurant patio sales but during the pandemic restriction by the dc government we only producing 35% to 40% of what our sales was before the restriction even though we’re paying 25 to 30% commissions it keeps us up and open
