My goal here is to provide you with resources, information, and perhaps a little advice that will make all the difference for you when you’re buying or selling your next home. If, at any point, you have questions, or would like to discuss your particular needs, please feel free to reach out. I love hearing from my neighbors; their stories, aspirations, concerns, and wishes when it comes to our community and local real estate. I’m happy to share my experiences and expertise in the hopes that it may be of value to you.
My family and I have lived here all our lives. I grew up in St. James, attended St. Anthony’s HS and Stony Brook University. I married my college sweetheart Ann, and we owned our first home in Selden until our growing family needed more space. In 1987 we moved to Mount Sinai with our three girls, who against all my wishes, went ahead and grew up anyway: now to be fabulous young women with families of their own.
Professionally, I bring 35 years as a professional designer, home builder, renovator, and realtor to the table. I know homes in and out, but more importantly, I understand that a home is so much more than its physical elements and amenities. It’s a place where we build our lives. It’s where we create cherished, life-long memories that we hold so dearly in our hearts. It’s the sanctuary and comfort we crave at the end of the day, and it’s the pride and joy of something we’ve created, it speaks of who we are.
I believe that as a realtor it’s my job to uniquely represent each of my clients in the transfer of what many would consider their most valuable & cherished asset. I see it as my job to build the right plan to guide you through the process, to protect you from any pitfalls along the way, and negotiate on your behalf. Every client is unique in their hopes and dreams. Whether you’re buying or selling, I pledge to utilize all my past experiences, my talents and tools at hand to help deliver on your dream.
My mission has always been to make a difference in someone’s life today, and I keep that as a primary focus each and every day. Over the years I’ve done it through clients homes I designed and built, I’ve done it through my church and through charitable organizations such as Habitat For Humanity, Rebuilding Together, The Make A Wish Foundation, and the Homes For Heroes Foundation. Recently I’ve committed to donating a portion of every sale or purchase transaction that I’m part of to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
My mission has become my legacy, and my legacy is that collection of memories created and cherished in the homes of my clients; the newlyweds first dinner, baby’s first steps, family game nights, holiday traditions, birthday celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, and all the little moments that will tie them all together while under that roof.
My mission is to serve in ways that will deliver long, long after the transaction has been forgotten.
