About Us

The Sam Miller Team of REMAX Stars has been the top performing Knox County Ohio real estate team for more than 25 years. They have successfully sold and closed more real estate transactions in Knox County with more than 6,000 real estate transactions which translates into a lot of real estate transaction experience. There isn't anything that Sam and his team haven't seen and they have the experience to help you have a smooth and worry free real estate experience.

How We Got Started

It all started when Sam was a kid and he would go on real estate appointments with my grandmother, Joan Clipse. She was the top REALTOR in Knox County for years and years and she was a huge inspiration to Sam. When Sam entered the real estate industry way back in 1986, he trained under Joan and he worked very closely with her for several years before joining REMAX in August of 1989. That early experience gave Sam a huge advantage because he had acquired real estate knowledge and experience much quicker than many real estate agents who had been in the real estate business for more than 10 year.

Sam has worked with REMAX for more than 35 years consecutively serving Knox County Ohio and many of the Central Ohio communities..

Telling the client the reality of the market when some of your competition will tell the seller a "pie in the sky price" to try to get the listing. By demonstrating that you will get the job done better than anyone else in your market and having the track record and reputation to back it up.
