I grew up in Australia and worked/lived in Sydney, Melbourne, and Darwin. In 2004, I relocated to Hong Kong and left my 10-year corporate career in learning and development.

In 2007, I started a location-flexible business and that leap of faith became Bauhinia Solutions, an operational and administrative support agency that has proudly supported over 200 clients across Asia. I currently employ 10 people based in Hong Kong and the Philippines, with 50% of the team trained to support ADHD clients.

In 2024 my husband and I relocated to Vancouver, Washington. I continue to lead my team in Asia while working alongside purpose-driven business owners to strengthen their operations, empower their teams, and build more efficient, sustainable businesses.
