We need Basic Income for individuals, and for small businesses making under a certain amount of yearly revenue. I signed a year lease on a space on March 1 and have been paying full rent on it, despite not being able to use it to hold classes in. I've been able to cover the costs through other contract work, and the space is getting used when I have virtual classes, but it has been very frustrating.
