No sales staff! All I need is your measurements of your windows and I can give you a hard quote. Just remember one thing, It's all about heat loss and the price of the windows. They measure heat lose by what is called a U-Factor. To meet utility requirements you must have a minimum U-factor of .30. The lower the number the better. I am a PUD Registered contractor and PSE. I can lower the U-factor down to. 19 for opening windows and .16 for non opening windows and it won't cost you a third more! Also it will lower the Sound Transfer which makes much quieter ad comfortable!
