Never buy a product that you do not understand! I believe consumers need to understand exactly what they need, why they need it and what the product will do for them. I take the time needed to explain and bring valuable understanding for each client. I am a partner that can be trusted to work in the best interest of my clients.
A desire to serve and teach is the driving force behind my choice to work as an Insurance Broker. Knowledge is power and protects consumers. We are an advocate who protects our clients by providing them with knowledge related to their insurance needs. Early on I knew that I had chosen a career that would allow me to make a difference in a positive way. It was heartbreaking to work with a client who called a number on TV only to be "sold" a product that did not meet her needs or actually hurt her. She called to get dental coverage, she ended up with a Medicare plan she did not need and further caused her to lose her teacher union benefits she worked 40 years to earn. She was devastated when we met and helping her navigate the fall out of that phone call has been a motivator to my business philosophy. Helping clients make the best decision for their unique situation is the reason I work with Both Hands Financial Group and why I do what I do.
