My journey began when I was let go from my career in the medical field. Feeling defeated that I had put so much effort into helping someone else build their business I decided to seek business on my own.
I started in Real Estate, quickly realizing how much I loved helping others build. Was offered & pursued a job with the largest brokerage in the world to revamp & create their Agent Coordination Services while still selling homes plus training other agents on how to use technology with the company.
After 2 years of learning more of what I loved doing, I created my own business which is now known as The Lotus Effect. A company that speaks about my journey & the journey I take others on - from muddy waters to the beautiful surface of our choosing.
I now run my business operations under my partner's entity - Whitener Pros - & continue to help clients in that space while also sharing my voice around the world to amply our own capabilities thru my podcast, others platforms, stages, & more.
