Myrtle Beach business owners — when was the last time you checked for grants or small business programs?
There are a lot of opportunities out there, but the deadlines can move fast.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO— keeps a running list of grants and business programs. One current example is the Shophand $5K Small Business Boost Grant, with a November 30, 2026 deadline.

Have you found any grants or business programs lately that other Myrtle Beach business owners should know about?

I came across a resource that seemed worth sharing with other business owners during Native American Heritage Month.
The SBA’s Office of Native American Affairs offers resources, training, and technical assistance for Native entrepreneurs and Native-owned businesses.
It’s always good to know what resources are available and to share them with others who may benefit.

Do you know a Native-owned business others should check out?

Myrtle Beach business owners — are your holiday shipping deadlines already on the calendar?
If you sell products, ship customer orders, or send holiday packages, USPS has released its recommended 2026 shipping dates for delivery before Christmas.
For the lower 48 states, some key deadlines are:
Ground Advantage — December 17 First-Class Mail — December 17 Priority Mail — December 18 Priority Mail Express — December 19
For local businesses, planning ahead can help avoid rushed shipping, extra costs, and unhappy customers during the busiest time of the year.
I’ll put the USPS holiday shipping page in the comments.
Do you usually set your customer order cutoff a few days earlier than the carrier deadline?
