By Full Service we mean lot selection and grading, house floor plan design and ability to create and change them on the fly with in house C.A.D. designers. From there, we have customer care agents to walk each client through the "process". That includes in house interior designers to help with fixtures, appliances, color schemes and floor and cabinetry and counters. Having someone on staff available for client needs Monday through Saturday everyday working in a SURIANO Model Home as well helps keep customers informed and Suriano staff available to answer any question throughout the dream/design/build phase
