Ok I have a question for all caterers that do events mostly wedding. When there is leftovers because you over cook what do you do with the leftovers?

We are not allowed to leave food for the customers. Left over food we donate to Loaves & Fishes or the Salvation Army. If we have sweets left over I will leave them for the customer,
