The biggest challenge in the first year was getting the word out in Nanaimo that I could do Video production and Transfers. I covered by Truck with one questions. Are your family video on DVD yet? This seemed to help as many had not yet made that conversion. I think that in some cases it's better to ask a question in advertising than to simply post your business name and contact information. Just a thought for those starting out! 2004 seems so long ago now!
