We've partnered with Wisteria Community Association, whom we donate time and money to, to help the unhoused population in our city. We also participate in events with VIU. We have resisted the food delivery services, as our margins are slim, and we don't see people paying extra to get a latte delivered. We have been upping our engagement on the socials, but mostly, we have been taking advantage of slower periods, by reaching out to potential business partners. The question, as always, is "How do you reach people?". Traditional forms of media, have had very low ROI in the past, and social media tends to reach only younger demos.  So far, word of mouth, and especially Google Maps have been really positive for us, as I've had mainland acquaintances come...
