To be Accredited, we submit to a vetting process to determine that we meet the BBB accreditation standards, and we commit to making a good-faith effort to resolve any customer complaints. While our competitors may have a favorable rating, they are not accredited. They have not been subject to the same vetting process, nor have they made the same commitment to addressing any complaints should they arise.
