Sandra is the creator of Cash Flow Mojo Software, and after spending an hour with her, I can tell you that her product and her purpose are both genuine. She’s not about hype or theory. She’s about helping small business owners finally get control of their cash flow so they can plan with confidence. Where accounting tells you what happened last quarter, Sandra helps you know what is going to happen next week. Her story is incredible. After going through her own business and financial challenges, she built a system that worked so well she turned it into software that now helps business owners bridge the gap between past and future. It’s simple, smart, and designed for real people. Most importantly, Sandra has a heart for helping small business owners thrive. She could easily charge two or three times more, but she keeps her prices affordable because she truly wants people to win. If you are a coach, consultant, or small business owner, you need to connect with Sandra. She is one of the most authentic and mission-driven people you will meet. Come to me if you want to increase your profits, but go to Sandra to learn how to manage them wisely once they start rolling in. Her software is the bridge every entrepreneur needs. I highly recommend Sandra Simmons and Cash Flow Mojo Software.”

DARE TO BE A CHANGEMAKER!

TRANSFORM YOUR BUSINESS FINANCES USING CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT!

How We Got Started

As a retired accountant I learned a long time ago that too many business owners are controlled by the balance in their bank account and don't know what their weekly income planning target needs to be to do better than breaking even or how exactly to allocate their cash flow in the best interest of their business.

They rely on their accounting system which is a recording tool that tells them what happened in the past, and generates financial reports to give their tax preparer to file their corporate tax return [it's like trying to drive your by looking in the rearview mirror], but accounting reports don't provide a road map or guide posts to tell them how to do much, much better in the future.

That's the job of cash flow management and planning [steering your business looking through the windshield at today and down the road into the future].

I operate on this proven truth:

"It's not ONLY how much money you make, it's WHAT YOU DO WITH IT that determines your financial condition." ™

If I feel like I need to take on a new client, I go to some networking meetings and talk to both those I know and those I don't know. That usually pulls me right out of a funk. And lastly, I find a business owner I can help with some Pro Bono advice or a marketing tip or a helpful cash flow management tip. Often it is doing that for a business owner here on alignable in one of the many groups I am in by answering their question(s) in the news feed.

They also need to keep meticulous records of the employees they had on staff right before the lockdown started and timeline out what exactly happened with each employee, along with substantiating payroll records. The bank that facilitated getting the loan will be able to help the business owner file for forgiveness at the end using the above records.

(more) 1 - For business owner clients that usually get you their accounting statements annually, talk to them about sending you their documents more frequently (quarterly or semi-annually) so the work flow is more consistent throughout the year and not such a mad rush at the beginning of tax season. 2 - If you don't do so already, talk with your business owner clients about your reviewing their books quarterly to do some tax planning before it is the end of the year again and they are scrambling to mitigate their tax liability. 3 - To increase billable hours, do cash flow management planning with your business owner clients on a weekly or monthly basis in a virtual conference from the comfort of your office while they are in their office using the online Cash Flow Mojo software. You both can log into their cash flow management platform from your offices and do the forecasting, planning, and budgeting, to help them allocate their company's income to their company's best financial interests. The software is easy to learn in about 2 hours of built-in video training. You can take a tour of the cash flow management software at https://www.cashflowmojosoftwa...  4 -  Ask your long term clients for referrals and tell them the type of client you are looking for. Whenever a new prospective client contacts you ask them "Who referred you to our company?" If the new contact becomes a client, send he referrer a thank you card and a small gift card or certificate to one of their local restaurants or coffee cafes saying "Thanks for the referral of  (the new clients name)! Lunch is on me in appreciation." (The gift retail value should be under $25 per IRS rules.) That acknowledges their referral and encourages them to refer others in the future. 5 - On the cash flow management side for your business, cut expenses to under your income and buy only the basic necessities to keep the lights on and the doors open. Here are a few examples: Shop suppliers for lowering costs - for example car insurance, and property insurance should be shopped for price every year. Buy generic, off-brand low cost office supplies like generic post-it notes instead of the more expensive 3-M brand. If you aren't using a laser printer that uses toner cartridges, make the switch and save a ton of money not having to buy ink cartridges. I buy recycled toner cartridges on Amazon for around $30 that prints about 1,500 pages before it needs changing out.  And a big one is to ask your client to print all the statements and send them to you so you don't have to pay for the paper to print them out, then instead of printing monthly reconciliation statements on paper, print them as PDF files and send them all plus the financial reports needed for preparing taxes to the client via a free account on an online large file sending service like WeTransfer.com - or if you use dropbox, upload them into a dropbox file and share it with the client so they can download the files from dropbox. There is lots more that can be done, especially in terms of marketing to prospective clients. I hope this proved helpful to you.
