How We Got Started
We couldn't find any company providing this necessary product and service in SWFL. We opted to store our valuables in a POD container, but unfortunately, the items got damaged due to high temperatures and humidity.

Since we supply many builders/remodelers with our BINZ we can share the following info. The renovations in the condo segment seem to be the most difficult for several reasons. The small window (May-Oct) to get reno's done is now extremely difficult. The builders that we are currently working with are actually renting our climate controlled BINZ to store cabinets, supplies etc for their up coming jobs. This is so that they can do their best to stay within the guidelines. However, most of the HOA's are not willing to extend the work window past October deadlines, which makes that much more difficult. These builders are trying to everything they can for their clients and the jobs they still have planned. We hope that these jobs don't get cancelled or rescheduled for next year. We have not seen as much pushback in the single home remodel segment as of yet.
