Important to follow CDC guidelines. I will provide shoe covers, gloves and masks for everyone entering homes. Provide sanitizer as well.  Limit the number of people in the home.  Disinfect after everyone has left.  I will ask Sellers to disinfect and clean all main surfaces before showings. Open all interior doors to closets and rooms along with some cabinets.  Turn on all lights to avoid touching of light switches.  Reduce clutter to maintain safe distance from as many items in the home.
