About Us

I’ve been building WordPress websites and crafting landing pages since 2004, growing alongside the #1 website platform in the world. What began as a personal need and creative curiosity has evolved into a deep passion for helping businesses thrive online.

With nearly two decades of experience, I’ve worked on everything from eCommerce to membership sites, gaining hands-on knowledge of WordPress’s limitless potential through plugins and advanced functionality.

I became a WordPress developer out of need, during the 20+ years I spent as a contractor, and that background shaped my commitment to reliability and clear communication—traits I bring to every client relationship.

I know firsthand the frustrations business owners face when working with unreliable developers, language barriers, or poor communication. That’s why I focus on providing personal, one-on-one service to small business owners, professionals, artists, and tradespeople who value trust and long-term collaboration.

Unlike agencies, I keep my client list intentionally small, allowing me to stay hands-on and approachable. I’m here to help you navigate the challenges of website development, whether you’re starting fresh, troubleshooting existing issues, or transitioning to an easier-to-manage platform. And if I can’t personally help, my network of trusted resources ensures you’ll always find the support you need.

Having worked with WordPress since its early days, I’ve grown alongside the platform’s advancements. I understand not just the technical side but also the importance of performance, optimization, and SEO to help your website succeed. Whether it’s configuring complex plugins, redesigning layouts, or teaching you how to take control of your site, I’m here to make the process seamless and stress-free.
If you’re tired of the runaround and looking for a partner who values personal service, clear communication, and long-term relationships, let’s connect.

How We Got Started

Originally as a painting contractor, I started working with WordPress in 2004 after it launched in 2003. At the time there were very few who even knew about WordPress so I have grown with it and its advancements over the last 20 years. WordPress has become the #1 website platform with over 42% of the market share worldwide.

Growing with WordPress over the years has taught me many things about the platform not only on the technical side but also on the importance of performance and On-SEO.

With all the availability of plugins to improve the functionality of the platform I have used and configured more than I can name here but if it exists I can certainly configure it.

I would have never thought that what I started with in 2004 would have turned into a passion and with every turn, it just keeps fascinating me especially when it comes to troubleshooting the issues and teaching others how to use it.

Depends on the recommendations. If someone is just exchanging recommendations (tit for tat) to increase their numbers then that tells me a lot about their integrity. Personally, I don't accept and/or give recommendations unless I have done business with someone or have had a good experience with them.

You make a good point here Kevin, I can't count how many websites I have seen and fixed over the years that were done haphazardly. I think it would be safe to say that about 75% of them are poorly optimized for page speed let alone the on-site SEO if at all. To me, that's an unfinished website and nowadays it's more common than ever. But then you get what you pay for I suppose. Personally, I can't walk away from an unfinished site.

(more) Agreeing with Erica it is possible for rarely searched keywords to rank in 30 days but what's the point? If you're doing this and paying for it then it would be a good idea to change your strategy because all you're doing is wasting money in my opinion. Doing keyword research revolves around the user/buyer intent and is not something that just "looks good"  There are agencies that will and can do this for the sake of achieving the goals that are claimed but an honest agency is not going to claim or guarantee that they can get you there with your desired keyword in 30 days. Ads are controlled by domination and are very hard to outrank someone who has a long history with a powerful backlinking strategy in place. Plus ads are not a page ranking factor...so it's said ;-)...However, there is Ad Rank which has its own algorithms. Organic Ranking and Ad Ranking are two different animals and one does not supersede the other as far as I know. I suppose if you spent $1,000 per click on an ad campaign Google would love you but there's no guarantee that even then it would put you at the top of the ad space because a lot of it has to do with how and who is setting up your campaign. If an ad campaign is done by an amateur or incorrectly then Google will still happily take your money because a bad campaign will not likely rank well no matter what you spend. In my opinion, setting up Adwords is an art form and should only be done by the pros unless of course, you have deep pockets and a lot of time on your hands. But don't expect any kind of a measurable ROI for at least 6 months. What I mean by "measurable ROI" is even a squirrel finds a nut once in a while...so a couple of conversions doesn't mean you're doing a good job...Peace! "flying leap at a rolling donut" comes to mind
