Enable Multifactor authentication everywhere possible for any business services and acccounts. Complex and rotating passwords are no longer best practices for security. If able to implement app based 2FA or Windows passwordless, then do so.
Have a cyber-insurance policy for your business.
Educate employees about phishing and how recognize scam emails. Implement a 3rd-party anti-phishing service to reduce the risks of being phished. Many of these platforms also offer online training for employees.
Implement DNS filtering, there are many business-class solutions. This will reduce the attack surface of viruses, malware, ransomware, etc. and provides an additional layer of security.
Adopt technology policies for employees that reduce risk of an attack.
