We are a 70 year old company, and we are strictly involved in custom residential construction. We do no commercial work, and we do not build houses for sale. We build houses from the ground up, and we also do remodeling and addition work. We do not depend upon a superintendent to have the day to day interaction with the client, as we consider ourselves "handholders" and feel that we need to meet the clients frequently on the site.
