My clients are hesitant to purchase at this time due to high employment rates from the virus. Those who are renting and their lease is ready to expire have made a decision to rent another year. Those currently in houses have chosen to wait due to our downward economy and job uncertainty. I am working currently with a couple that are building a home that will be completed in June and we will put their house on the market this weekend. They are very concerned about if their home will sell. I am hopeful that it will and am assuring them that we must remain positive!
