Only had to deal with it a few times in my previous state of MD due to location. Now in Nashville we have many more transactions close to the Cumberland River which took out the city in 2010. I would think that if the buyer(s) really want the property it wouldn't be an issue however if it pushes...

I would think that if the buyer(s) really want the property it wouldn't be an issue however if it pushes them beyond their loan limits it becomes a problem.

Hi Stephen. As strange as it may sound, Realtors® also go through this process when referring clients out of the area. We ourselves personally have a vetting process which involves searching Google for information on agents. Things like their marketing efforts, awards, where they are on the web...

We ourselves personally have a vetting process which involves searching Google for information on agents. Things like their marketing efforts, awards, where they are on the web etc. You can get a good idea of an agents scope of experience and success.
This is a challenging business and as in all professions, some shine brighter then others. You discover much just from a Google search on a name. Personally we look for someone who is strong on both sides when working for buyers and when listing for sellers. Someone well versed in all aspects of transactions.
As of late we have been having great success with some Facebook based referral groups using them for both incoming and outgoing referrals. Please keep us in mind for any Greater Nashville / Middle TN area referrals should you have any clients, friends or family in need of our services.

I had a Toyota for 6 years. Put over 300K miles on it. Thing just wouldn't die. Donated it to The Salvation Army. I just got tired of driving it. If I were to get a truck today I'd look at a Chevy. Like the looks and features.
