I would say turn them to silent where if an emergency Text comes in that would need to be seen that may take a higher Order than a Said Meeting then Yes to Leave on but on Silent as to not distract presentations and if a need be other than resend of a text such as Call due to importance then that individual should step away from Meeting.  In my Opinion!!!
