About Us
I am a home inspector and septic inspector. I worked with the Ontario Ministry of Environment as a Sr. Environmental Officer for 30 years, retiring in 1999. I have worked with septic systems for 48 years now. My education is as a Civil Engineering Technologist (CET). I have worked as a home inspector since late 2003 and have the required credentials. Most of my work is dealing with country properties but city properties are also inspected. In the late 1960's and early 1970's, residential contracting work was undertaken.
