A #cattnip for your #mondaymotivation. This is the energy we should be going into #2023 with. Be able to laugh in the face of adversity. I'm learning that most of my own personal anger and frustration stems from deep rooted anxiety. My cure-all is always laughter. Find things to laugh at, people to laugh with, and places where you can laugh loudly. For years I've always turned to #thegoldengirls solely because I can watch any episode and find something new to laugh at, or find something that's made me laugh in the past. Plus...laughing burns calories. So laugh more often and don't take yourself too seriously. Here's to 2023.
