It's a journey for sure and a great learning experience. Hard work, a vision (a plan) and a way to monitor your business activities. There is truth to the saying that a business that isn't growing is dying.
But I would say the most important thing is to have a good time. Do what you enjoy and at the end of day, that's what really matters.
