The frustration of not having the right size vehicle on the day you need, then find out that they also charge you to use the "included" dolly and other tools. Then driving that poorly maintained vehicle back to your house to have your friends show up 2 hours late, take their time and only stick around for an hour or two, while you rush to get the job done so you don't get charged for another day just to find out to forgot to fill the vehicles up and get charged well above the normal gas prices. Then you still need to run things to donation centers and the dump where they charge $100-$200 per load using your car that holds very little.
THese guys show up on time and call you in the morning for an estimated time and 30-45min before they arrive. Once they hit the ground a evaluate the job and give you the quote, they jump to it and get the job done fast, yet carefully and pack your things up securely. They also take things to the dump and donation centers and return the receipt to you for your taxes. Even if you need them to pack your own moving van, they have it covered.
