We find new & different ways to market homes and to appeal to the new buyers who are definitely out there searching! Hosting special events, featuring our homes on TV when possible, in featured magazine/newspaper articles and on featured photography shoots - every home has a story to tell and we try to market the most interesting and appealing aspects of each property we list! For Buyers, we are excellent listeners...what are the buyers needs? and how can we narrow the search and not waste their precious time! (know the R.E Market Inventory!)
