Google reviews are done on the Google platform. So to increase your reviews on Google ask your clients to give you a Google review vs. a Facebook review. Google is independent and FB reviews CAN NOT be merged to my understanding.

If the review is on a social platform, I recommend you report the false review. Also contact the individual personally and offline to address. In some cases folks tend to mix up a Company name or business. Be respectful and professional. Seek to understand.

Community Events. Develop a relationship with the music retailers in the area. As students go to them for repair and purchase. Join your local chamber and take advantage of those benefits. Continue to brand through targeted digital ads and doing some traditional advertising might just help!

Establish a relationship and be sure you have a local representative. Testimonials, case studies and results comparable are extremely important. Be sure you are able to measure your results hands on and of course your gut does help!
