My first encounter with him was because of a fender bender and his team serviced the mechanical components. The insurance company tried to only pay for second hand/after market part that my car needed name brand for. Malik fought for me with the insurance and got the right part paid for by them.
He never suggests something that doesn't Absolutely NEED to be done ( no upselling) .
