What makes Elementary Advancement Solutions different is that I’ve actually lived this work. I served for years as a Catholic school principal and know firsthand the challenges school leaders face every day: enrollment pressure, fundraising, communication, staffing, culture, and simply trying to keep everything moving forward.
I don’t believe schools need more theory or complicated programs. They need practical ideas, clear systems, honest conversations, and support from someone who understands both the mission of Catholic education and the realities of running a school today.
My goal is to help schools grow in a way that is sustainable, mission-centered, and realistic for their community.
