I believe that sole proprietors are entitled to the $$1000 grant. The loan is for businesses that have employees. If not mistaken that loan is specific for paying salary’s and other business needs. If you take the loan and do not follow SBA’s exact wording you will have to pay it back That’s...

This doesn’t affect me the way it does other businesses. I’m an artist who works on jackson Square. I depend on large groups of visitors to the city I know many small business owners who are on the verge of shutting down Permanently. This is going to be a horrific disaster
