Jauna knows a lot of things about a lot of things. People have lots of problems that need to be fixed, and sometimes they want to pay Jauna to fix them. Since Jauna is a business lawyer, she created a LLC specifically for the purpose of fixing people's non-legal problems. Crear Logic was born.

The name comes from a term developed by Jauna's mother when Jauna was a child. Jauna would often use a creative/unique approach to solving a problem, and her mother would remark that Jauna had used "Crear Logic".
