Aerial Fit Bodies has invented a new innovative aerial fitness apparatus that can take your fitness to new heights and inspire you to learn creative bodyweight skills and caters to all fitness enthusiasts.
How We Got Started
I was previously an acrobat for Great Britain and have been performing for Cirque Du Soleil since 2008 performing acrobatic and aerial acts. With over 20 years experience performing and coaching I know Ould love to give back to the fitness, sport and perfuming world, so have created an aerial fit bodies company to share new bodyweight suspension training concepts to help fitness enthusiasts grow, develop, recover and achieve new bodyweight skills.

During my coaching workshops and privates classes I share AFB exercises and experiences with my clients to help them with their fitness goals and intentions.
I always ask my AFB clients to share their success stories so we can continue to grow our AFB community and so the different demographics have a better understanding of how it can help them achieve a healthier lifestyle!
