We are a 65 year old (but young) gourmet cheese shop. We were rated No. 1 in the world by Forbes in 2004. We have cheeses from over 17 countries and also carry many other gourmet foods. We can provide your company with a cheese platter with sliced meats, olives, crackers, etc for your next meeting. We also sell to our local Sutton Place customers as well as to restaurants and hotels in NYC and all over the U.S. We use Fedex to ship corporate and personal cheese baskets for all occasions. How We Got Started

The business was first formed in 1955 by "The Edelman Family" In 2003 "The Binetti Family" (Julius, Michael & Angela) purchased the business from Ed Edelman and has reached out to the community as well as many local corporations, restaurants and hotels to expand.

Our company operates on a “team play” basis. All team members are trained on a customer first basis and assist each other in all aspects of the business.
