commenting as a personal trainer and fitness coach, Skype training would never replace one on one in person training. However, I’ve done plenty of Skype sessions where I’ve adjusted form and technique with a variety of movements. If doing remote training, I would need to see how my clients move in order to assess the strengths and weaknesses. Form is everything. If you have the opportunity to do In person training first, I would highly recommend it. Once the trainer is familiar with the way your body moves and you understand the lingo, you will have an easier time moving forward from there. Cindy Lai Fitness

Being healthy is a lifestyle. Start with smaller goals which are practical and achievable such as taking 5mns to stretch, walk, taking the stairs. Building good habits take time. The more consistent you are the easier it becomes. You have to start somewhere.
