Here is what I do for Script Analysis:
1)   Critique the screenplay and provide a 5-8 page list of general and major notes including some important but minor page notes emailed to you following our discussion. 

2)  Have a 60-90 minutes discussion of 1) above.

3)  Do quite a number of general and minor notes and even edits/rewrites on the actual copy of the script and priority mail this script back to the client.
