About Us

Representing investors and financial professionals across the nation for over 30 years in SEC and FINRA investigations, arbitrations and trials as well as mid-size corporations in their acquisitions, and now, government loans. Our clients are nationwide.

How We Got Started

I have been practicing corporate and securities law for over 30 years, starting as an associate attorney on Wall Street for 20 years, then opening a new firm 12 miles outside of Manhattan to lose the 1 hour commute, and ultimately merging with a South Florida firm, operating their New York and New Jersey locations. I have represented major brokerage firms, dozens of small firms, and hundreds of individual brokers and investors. I have also represented countless small businesses in their contract negotiations, acquisitions and general litigation matters. I have been online since 1990 and am the founder of SECLaw.com, a website providing securities law information since 1995.
